Shipping & returns
Every Free Thinkers tee and hoodie is printed to order just for you by our production partner. Here's what to expect once you order.
Shipping rates

Delivery times
- Production: 2–5 business days to print and pack your order.
- United States: usually 3–8 business days after it ships.
- International: usually 10–20 business days after it ships.
You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and can run longer during holidays or carrier delays.
International orders may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These are set by local customs and are the customer's responsibility.
Returns & refunds
Because every item is made to order, we can't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or the wrong size. Please check the size details on each product page before ordering.
We will replace your item or give you a full refund if:
- it arrives damaged or defective,
- it has a printing error or misprint,
- you received the wrong item, or
- your package is lost in transit.
How to request one: email shopfreethinkers@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. You don't need to send the item back. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it once you've paid the shipping again.
Cancellations
Orders go into production quickly. If you need to cancel or change an order, email us right away. We can only cancel orders that haven't started printing.
