Terms of service

Last updated: October 11, 2026

Welcome to Free Thinkers Apparel. These terms apply when you use freethinkersapparel.com or buy from us. By placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

Free Thinkers Apparel is an online clothing store based in Rapid City, South Dakota, USA. You can reach us at shopfreethinkers@gmail.com.

2. Products

Our products are printed to order. We do our best to show colors and designs accurately, but screens vary and small differences in color or print placement can happen. Product photos may be digital mockups.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and can change at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Wix Payments; we never see or store your full card details. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product was listed at the wrong price, and we'll refund you in full if we do.

4. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping rates, delivery times and our return and refund policy are on our Shipping & returns page, which is part of these terms. In short: because items are made to order, we don't accept returns for size or change of mind, but we replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective, misprinted or wrong, or that are lost in transit, if you contact us within 30 days of delivery.

5. Our designs

All designs, artwork, logos and content on this site belong to Free Thinkers Apparel. You may not copy, reproduce or sell them without our written permission.

6. Using our site

Please don't misuse the site, attempt to interfere with how it works, or use it for anything unlawful.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota, USA.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
